General Returns

You can return any new, unused item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price within 30 days of the delivery date. All SALE and FINAL SALE items will not be accepted for return processing. Please note, shipping fees are not refundable.

All items must be sent back in unworn condition along with the original box and/or packaging with all tags included to be accepted. When Shipping back your order, please use a separate box to ship your item(s). Shipments that are refused or marked return to sender are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Sale products are non-returnable. Additionally, due to the nature of the products, all undergarments and swimwear are final sale items and cannot be returned.

Brightside Boutique reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any merchandise returned, to refuse to offer any refund, and/or to charge a restocking fee for any such return that does not meet our return requirements. This includes final sale items, items returned damaged or missing original packaging or documentation, or for items that we reasonably determine were ordered through use of a robot or other automatic device or software. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Click on the "Request Return" button and follow the instructions.Once your return request is submitted, our customer service team will review it. You will receive an email notification with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed within 24 business hours.

Please pack your return in the same manner we shipped it to you. If you received your product in a cardboard shipping box, it must be returned to us that way. Returns that have been inappropriately shipped will be rejected and are subject to additional fees. Please include your packing slip that was included with your order in your return shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, either reprint your order confirmation or include your order number on a piece of paper within your return shipment. 

Within two business days of us receiving your item(s), we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original method of payment. We’ll send you an email to let you know your return has been completed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to show within your account.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are in the DMV you can check availability at one of our physical locations and exchange it in store. If you are unable to exchange your order in store, please place a new order for the desired item(s) and return your original order for a refund.

Due to their intimate nature, bodysuits must be returned with the original panty liner sticker attached.

You may return or exchange any item(s) purchased online at any of our Brightside Boutique locations. All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

No, any item purchased at our Brightside Boutique locations must be returned or exchanged in-store within 30 days of the purchase along with the original receipt. Please note that the in-store return policy may differ from our online return policy.

Orders shipped which are refused by the customer are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the merchandise value plus an additional $10 fee. These fees as well as the shipment's delivery charge will be deducted from the corresponding credit.
